WARRANTY POLICY
We offer the following warranty on jewelry purchased from us:
- Your jewelry has a warranty for one whole year from the date of purchase.
- Every claim during the warranty period must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- The warranty will expire immediately if the jewelry was handled by a third party.
- The warranty includes a guarantee for the Nano sim.
- In the case that the Nano sim is disconnected from the jewelry, save the Nano sim and send it to us in order to reattach it.
- The warranty covers the Nano Sim breaking, or damage to the Nano Sim.
- The warranty includes a guarantee for the stones that are inlaid in the jewelry, in case the stones detach from the jewelry, save the stones and send it to us in order to reattach them.
Here is what is excluded from our Guarantee:
- The warranty does not include fracture, rupture, blows, scratches, wear and tear, and loss of the jewelry or any part of it.
- The warranty does not include the cleaning of the jewelry.
Jewel preservation and cleaning:
- For cleaning use a gentle clean cloth, and gently wipe.
- Do not spray perfume or alcohol on the jewelry.
- Jewelry is prone to blackening, our jewels are rhodium coated, and usage of a silver shining cloth can damage the coat and harm the jewel.
- Keep in a dry place for storage.
- Keep away from heat sources
- Do not expose jewelry/diamonds to a sudden temperature change
- Do not use chemicals such as: acetone, alcohol, jewelry bleach etc.
