Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thepeaceofgod.com and send your item to: Matalon 76, 3, 6685710 Tel Aviv, Israel.

Cancellation

If you didn't receive the product at all, you have 30 days to cancel.
If you did receive the product you have 14 day to cancel from that day you receive it.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

Defective product

In case the product reached the customer not in its original form the responsibility is on us, we will provide the customer with a new product or a full refund.

Refund policy

Returns

If you didn't receive the product, you have 30 days to cancel.

You can return unused items in original packaging. Certain goods (food, flowers, intimate goods, hazardous materials) are non-returnable.
